   THE CLUBHOUSE RENTAL IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE  

    RESIDENTS OF BRIDGEFIELD VILLAS (no exceptions)

  

Planning a special get-together this year? Birthday party, anniversary party, college pals reunion, or family reunion? One of the great amenities at Bridgefield Villas is the comfortable and spacious clubhouse that all condo owners are welcome to use! The clubhouse includes a full kitchen, dining area, and mingling space making it perfect for any gathering.


The cost to rent the clubhouse is $100 per use and requires a $100 deposit. The deposit is refunded after the clubhouse is inspected after being rented. Attendance is limited to 50 persons. Please make sure to tell your guests to park in the clubhouse parking lot or at the back circle, as parking on the road or on the grass is prohibited. You will lose your privilege to rent the clubhouse if you do not adhere to the Clubhouse Policies. PLEASE NOTE:  Entrance to the pool is located through the clubhouse bathrooms. You must supervise children at all times! Also, the clubhouse is located at the front entrance of our community where cars can turn in quickly. Be mindful to make sure children do not play or linger on or near the main drive.

            ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES

If you wish to make any changes to the exterior of your condo and/or common areas (grounds), or remove trees and bushes, please click on the link below and complete the Architectural Review Form. Be sure to submit the request before making any changes.

The HOA Board must review and approve your proposal before you begin any work.
