Planning a special get-together this year? Birthday party, anniversary party, college pals reunion, or family reunion? One of the great amenities at Bridgefield Villas is the comfortable and spacious clubhouse that all condo owners are welcome to use! The clubhouse includes a full kitchen, dining area, and mingling space making it perfect for any gathering. The cost to rent the clubhouse is $100 per use. There is a $100 deposit that is refunded after the clubhouse is inspected and found to be in good order. Make sure that the clubhouse is clean and all trash is put in the outside trash can. If you experience any issues while renting the clubhouse, please let us know. REMINDER: Entrance to the pool is located through the clubhouse bathrooms. You must supervise children at all times! Also, the clubhouse is located at the front entrance of our community where cars can turn in quickly. Be mindful to make sure children do not play or linger on or near the main drive.

Once this form is submitted, you will be contacted with a confirmation and payment instructions. The number of guests is limited to 50 persons, as per the Marion County Health Department. Please adhere to this limit so that we can maintain our license. Your proposed rental hours are important too, as the clubhouse will have to be opened and closed for your event.

Be respectful of other residents who need to drive past the clubhouse in order to leave or to get to their homes. No one should linger on the main road and there will be no parking on the street. According to City Regulations, all roads must be clear for emergency vehicles to get by, at all times.

When the clubhouse parking lot is full then overflow parking can be directed to the rear circle of our community. This may be inconvenient for some, but the streets must remain clear of vehicles. Non-adherence to this policy will result in your ineligibility to rent the Clubhouse for a future date. It is your responsibility as the host, to advise your guests of the rules, Perhaps you may even suggest that they car pool to the event.
