Pool & Clubhouse Information

Pool

The pool is available to Bridgefield Villas owners and their guests! Each owner may have up to 4 guests per condo unit. The owner must accompany their guests.

Pool hours are 9 AM—9 PM.

If you are the last to leave, please make sure the pool door through the bathroom has been securely locked and the lights have been turned off!

Clubhouse fee

The clubhouse is available for rental to Bridgefield Villas Owners. The rental fee is $100 per day. A deposit of $100 will be required to hold your reservation and will be returned at the end of your rental provided the space is clean and undamaged.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. There may be others that have requested the clubhouse for your date. Canceling in advance ensures that your entire deposit will be returned to you.

Be mindful of your children and make sure they do not linger in the parking lot or near the main road.
